Meet Our Affiliated Business: Rebound Rehab

There are times where a worker is not yet ready to return to work due to the medical nature of their needs – this is where External Case management services support a worker to rebuild their engagement as a pre-return to work activity. The role of an external case manager is to provide on the ground support to an injured worker navigating the complexities of a new injury.

We work closely with the Case Managers of our affiliated business – Rebound Rehab to provide Injury Management and External Case Management services. These may include:

• Planning for medical interventions

• Seeking medical recommendations

• Facilitating referrals for appropriate and recommended treatments

• Assisting with planning and organisation of appointments to ensure a worker is able to meet their workers compensation obligations
